Mr. Kakai Kissinger Independent Board Member

Mr. Kakai Kissinger is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of 21 years’ standing. He holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Harvard Law School, a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade Law from University of Turin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from University of Nairobi.
Mr Kissinger has 15 years’ experience at senior management and 6 years at middle management level cutting across various sectors including governance, human rights, rule of law, electoral management and teaching.
Key milestones in his career have been the coordination and management of development partner programmes at the most senior levels in particular with the World Bank funded projects on Judicial Performance and Improvement Program in Kenya, and on Governance projects with the German Technical Cooperation.
Mr. Kissinger has specialised in Electoral Monitoring, Observation, Management and Training in 6 African countries (Zambia, Ethiopia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Liberia and Uganda).
