Ms. Judy Kiptum

Ms. Judy Kiptum is the Deputy Director,Human Resource Management and Administration at Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority.

A seasoned Human Resource professional with over 15 years of experience in the private and public sector, she brings a wealth of expertise in strategic human resource planning, policy development, and organizational leadership.She holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.

Ms. Kiptum is a licensed Human Resource Practitioner with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) – Kenya, and is committed to promoting best practices in human resource management and public service excellence.

Ms. Kiptum joins the Authority with extensive experience in human resource leadership, policy formulation, and organizational development. In her role, she provides strategic leadership in managing the Authority’s human capital, supporting its mission through effective talent management, employee engagement, and administrative efficiency.
