As part of our commitment to transparency, regulatory compliance, and the promotion of radiation safety and security, we have published an updated list of licensed and unlicensed radiation facilities operating in Kenya.
The list provides information on facilities that currently hold valid licences issued by the Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority (KNRA) as well as facilities identified as operating without the required authorization.
We encourage facility operators, stakeholders, and members of the public to review the list and support efforts to ensure compliance with the Nuclear Regulatory Act and related regulations. We will continue to undertake inspections, compliance monitoring, and enforcement actions to protect people, property, and the environment from the harmful effects of ionizing radiation.
