Bonn Bett is a an Advocate of the High Court and currently serves as a State Counsel in the Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Section at the Office of the Attorney General. He has held this position since 2020, where he specializes in commercial law, providing legal counsel and representation in various litigation and arbitration matters.
Before joining the Office of the Attorney General, Mr. Bett worked as an Associate Advocate at Tito & Co. Advocates from 2017 to February 2020, where he focused on commercial and conveyancing matters, gaining valuable experience in the legal field.
Mr. Bett holds an LLM from the University of Nairobi and has completed a course in Construction Adjudication from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He also possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Moi University. His foundational education includes KCSE from Milimani Schools and KCPE from Highlands Primary School.
