Corporation Secretary/Head of Legal Services
CS Beth Mushi is the Corporation Secretary and Head of Legal Services at Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, CS Mushi holds a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from the University of Nairobi; a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Moi University; a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law and currently pursuing a PhD in International Relations from United States International University. She is a Certified Public Secretary from Institute of Certified Secretaries.
A competent legal executive with over twelve years of practice, she has previously worked in various capacities with Kenya National Commission for UNESCO, Kenya Marines and Fisheries Research Institute, Kenya Airlines and Pilots Association among others. CS Mushi brings on board core competences that include: Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Compliance Management, Strategic Planning and Multi-unit Operation Management.
Cs Mushi is responsible for providing Board Secretarial and related services to the Board of Directors and ensure effective and efficient management of administration, company insurance, legislative drafting and compliance with legal and regulatory legislation including provision of legal advice to members of management.
