An officer at this level will support in formulation and execution of the Office’s administrative policies and procedures. The officer will be responsible to the Deputy Director Human Resource Management and Administration.
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
Remuneration: Salary and Benefits are those attached to KNRA Grade 5

For appointment to this Grade, a candidate must have:
i.             A minimum period of four (4) years relevant work experience;
ii.            Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: -Public/Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Political Science or any other relevant and equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
iii.           Proficiency in computer applications; and
iv.           Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
Duties and Responsibilities
i. Advising the Authority on all administrative purposes.
ii. Developing of policies and procedures for administrative purposes.
iii. Fleet management
iv. Sourcing for insurances for building and vehicle maintenance and servicing.
v. Overseeing vehicle maintenance and servicing.
vi. Sourcing and management of cleaning and security services
vii. Ensuring maintenance of office buildings and equipment.
viii. Overseeing provision of registry services.
ix. Ensure proper custody of office and motor vehicle keys
x. Supervision of support staff and other staff.
xi. Facilitate and oversee hospitality servicers both in the office and for conference/meetings
