INTERNAL AUDITOR: KNRA 6                 ONE (1) POST  Vacancy No. KNRA/20/2023

This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under supervision of a senior officer. Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable Remuneration: Salary and Benefits are those attached to KNRA Grade 6 For appointment to this Grade, a candidate must have: i.             Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or any other relevant and equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution; ii.            Have Passed Certified Public Accountant (K); iii.           Proficiency in computer applications; and iv.           Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution. Duties and Responsibilities i.             Participating in preparing engagement and audit work plans; ii.            Vouching transactions in audit investigation and verification assignment; iii.           Executing audit programmes and plans as assigned; iv.           Collecting audit evidence on major issues and preparing audit reports on assigned areas; v.            Reviewing internal control systems in operation; vi.           Recording proceedings of exit and entry meetings; and Preparing and maintaining audit files and working papers
